Terms of Service
Last updated: July 14, 2026
This page is maintained by ReplyRoute. It describes the current terms for using the product and is not legal advice.
1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using ReplyRoute, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. What ReplyRoute is
ReplyRoute is a cold email platform that helps you find prospects, generate personalized emails with AI, send from Gmail accounts you connect, and manage replies and follow-ups.
3. Account eligibility & responsibility
You must be at least 16 years old and able to enter a binding contract. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account, including keeping your credentials secure and the actions of anyone you invite.
4. Acceptable use
- You must own or have a legitimate business reason to email every prospect you upload or send to.
- You must comply with all applicable laws, including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL, and other anti-spam and privacy laws in the jurisdictions you operate in.
- Every campaign must include a valid physical mailing address and a working opt-out.
- No deceptive subject lines, fake reply threads, impersonation, or misleading sender identities.
- No adult, hateful, illegal, or fraudulent content.
- No scraping LinkedIn, bypassing captchas, or violating third-party terms.
- No sending to purchased or unverified lists in a way that damages sender reputation for other users.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.
5. Gmail & third-party accounts
You are responsible for the Gmail or Google Workspace accounts you connect and for complying with Google's terms and any policies of your email provider. ReplyRoute uses standard Google OAuth to access these accounts on your behalf.
6. Suppression & opt-outs
You must honor unsubscribe requests. ReplyRoute maintains a per-account suppression list and blocks sends to suppressed addresses automatically; you must not attempt to bypass it.
7. Content ownership
You own your prospect data, sender profile, and email content. You grant ReplyRoute a limited, worldwide license to process this content solely to provide the service to you (including sending emails, generating drafts, and detecting replies).
8. Service availability
ReplyRoute is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis during preview. We do not offer an uptime SLA and may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
9. Termination
You may stop using ReplyRoute and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms or to comply with law.
10. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ReplyRoute disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. In no event will ReplyRoute be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenue, arising out of your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (or USD $100 if you paid nothing).
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ReplyRoute is established. Specific governing law and venue will be identified in a future update.
